Employment support: Help us connect local businesses with the best local talent

We need your help! EmploySE1 was a service operated in partnership by Better Bankside, Team London Bridge and WeAreWaterloo, and offered recruitment support to the BIDs’ members with the aim of connecting local residents to the staffing needs of local businesses. 

The three BIDs have jointly commissioned PRD, an independent consultancy based in Bankside, to explore what issues businesses are currently facing, and what support and value the BIDs can provide in response. As part of this, we are carrying out a survey to better understand the needs and views of local businesses and accordingly shape a new support offer.

This survey will take 5 - 10 minutes to complete and we recommend someone with a good knowledge of your business and recruitment of staff to fill in the survey. It includes questions about your organisation, recruitment, development, and retention needs, and your expectations of the service.
