16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

25th November – 10th December 2020

16 Days of Activism is designed to help businesses protect their staff against domestic abuse and gender-based violence. These issues have become more acute with an increase in working from home but there is still plenty that companies can do to support the welfare of their staff and protect them from harm. Colleagues can be trained in spotting the signs of economic, psychological, emotional and physical abuse; HR and management teams can provide victims with the details of specialist support organisations; and remote working practices can be adapted to provide places of safety.

Team London Bridge and leading businesses within the BID area. EY, PwC, Norton Rose Fulbright and Gowling WLG are running a series of free online events to provide employers and their staff with this knowledge they need to support colleagues and create a safer workplace. The events are open to all, not just the aforementioned organisations.
