Our small, dedicated Executive Team manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Improvement District (BID) under the name Team London Bridge, and provide a useful point of contact for help and advice for businesses operating within the business district.

Nadia Broccardo

Nadia Broccardo

CEO

Nadia has led BIDs since she founded the Newtown Improvement District in Johannesburg and has managed Team London Bridge (TLB) since 2007. She leads initiatives in regeneration, responsible business, and sustainability, shaping BID services through key transitions. Nadia also represents TLB on local and pan-London boards and chairs the Potters Fields Park Management Trust.

Don Campbell

Don Campbell

Head of Marketing and Communications

Don brings years of experience in place marketing from across a variety of countries and sectors. At Team London Bridge his role has focused on changing the identity of the area as a business and visitor destination; attracting inward investment and visitors to London Bridge, promoting services and experiences, and communicating change.

Jack Skillen

Jack Skillen

Director of Sustainability and Place

Jack works with stakeholders to achieve the placeshaping strategy, including transforming and connecting local streets and spaces. He brings experience from his time at ‘Living Streets’, where he worked to make streets better places for the community.

Sofia Alexandrache

Sofia Alexandrache

Responsible Business and Member Engagement Director

Sofia welcomes businesses when they move into the area, and ensures that TLB members make the most of our services. She also leads on the Responsible Business Plan, which includes helping you develop partnerships with local community groups and managing our grants.

Nick Morant

Nick Morant

Director of Security & Community Safety

Nick works with our BID members, estate managers, Police and local authorities to keep businesses prepared and resilient to crime, leading on safety initiatives, establishing strategic partnerships, and serving as a prominent ambassador for the area and our businesses.

Amanda White

Amanda White

Arts and Culture Manager

Amanda joined the team as Medi-Culture District Programme Manager before combining her role to deliver the London Bridge Culture Strategy, working with partners and artists to bring festivals, performances, exhibitions, and social events to our community.

Ilsa Jones

Ilsa Jones

Marketing Manager

Ilsa supports the development and delivery of Team London Bridge’s marketing content strategy. She manages digital platforms, social media, and campaigns to promote the area, its businesses, and cultural identity, fostering engagement within the community and attracting new visitors to London Bridge.

Tom Fraser-Ivens

Tom Fraser-Ivens

Sustainable Operations Manager

Tom is responsible for helping to maintain high environmental standards in London Bridge, focussing on the clean and green agenda and offering support for local businesses to help them become more environmentally friendly, efficient, and cost-effective.

Nekane Cherrie

Nekane Cherrie

Venue and Office Manager

Nekane has many years experience working in the culture and tourism sectors in London. She is responsible for day to day operations of our office and The Hive. Please contact her to enquire about or book our venue.
