Walkshop: Life and death - living healthily, dying and disposal

  • Bridge Theatre 3 Potters Fields Park London SE1 2SG (map)

Both the provision and education associated with Guy’s Hospital and Kings College has a huge legacy in the area as well as being a significant landmark. Place shaping is also improving public health, with the provision of accessible and attractive public realm (footways, paths, riverside access, gardens and parks) are all significant ‘health assets’.

The area however, has also had a long history of burial, not just human but animal carcasses as well, and many areas previously set aside for burial are now providing opportunities for leisure activities and green space.

What strange spirits might one encounter in the haunts of the London Bridge area?
