Manager Training: Support your Team’s Wellbeing When Returning to the Office/Hybrid Working

Is your team planning on returning back to the office full time or in a hybrid capacity or has it already? Do you feel equipped to provide them with the wellbeing support they need during this potentially difficult time of change?

This Practical Workshop Covers:

              • The Importance of Wellbeing in general: We will support managers to understand the importance of enabling their team's wellbeing, as happier and healthier teams perform better, take fewer sick days and are more engaged. We focus on Rener Wellbeing’s four prongs to wellbeing: mental health, physical activity, sleep, and nutrition. 

              • How to Support Your Team's Wellbeing as they return back to the office: The interactive session will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to enable their team members to work on their own wellbeing, by taking into account their teams' unique needs. 

              • How to Support Your Own Wellbeing: Our expert consultants will also support the managers to understand why it is important to look after their wellbeing too (in general and during this potentially difficult time of change) and provide ways to integrate Rener Wellbeing’s four areas of wellbeing into their life. 

We are marking World Mental Health Day (10th Oct) by bringing you an online week of wellbeing in the workplace workshops that are available to all London Bridge professionals. This series is brought to you by Team London Bridge and will be delivered by our delivery partner, Rener Wellbeing.
