Team London Bridge are continuing the partnership with Rener Wellbeing to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and into their teams.

As a result of your survey responses, the need for Workplace Wellbeing Champions training came top so we are excited to kick off with this, still online for the time being.

This engaging training workshop will provide information, advice and guidance for your internal wellbeing champions on how to implement tailored and sustainable wellbeing initiatives for employees, as well as enable them and drive engagement to do what they need for their own unique wellbeing needs. You will be able to take away tangible actions from the session to implement in your workplace right away and for the long-term. Rener Wellbeing will be available for further support if needed after.

The key areas that will be covered:

  • What is a wellbeing champion?

  • Overview of workplace wellbeing: mental health, physical activity, sleep, nutrition and company culture - how they impact individual's happiness, health and work.

  • Understanding your wellbeing strategy - (If your organisation does not have one, Rener Wellbeing can support to develop this.)
