How nature and community can reduce anxiety in the workplace

  • Psychosynthesis Trust 92-94 Tooley St London, England, SE1 2TH United Kingdom (map)

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is on the theme of anxiety. Join this workshop to access practical resources, research and a direct experience of how to ‘Explore Anxiety’ within the workplace.

822,000 UK workers are affected by work-related anxiety, costing businesses up to £8 billion a year anxiety and an estimated 17 million working days being lost as a result.  As therapy waiting times increase, how can organisations take a proactive approach towards this silent pandemic?

Research has shown that bringing both nature and community into the workplace benefits mental health, through creating a culture of belonging and support.

This workshop is suitable for professionals who work in HR, those who are a Mental Health & Wellbeing champion or employees experiencing anxiety.

The event will take place online, we will share the recording + other materials with everyone who registers.

The Psychosynthesis Trust is an educational charity based on Tooley Street who support people to awaken to who they really are through personal development courses, professional training and counselling & psychotherapy.
