Natural Health with Mel is a health and wellbeing organisation in integrative medicine and personal transformation. We teach Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation and create inspiring ways that enable health and joyful living.
Drop in Meditation 12.15 - 1pm Ever wondered what meditation is and how it benefits us? Lean some basics of meditation, how meditation helps reduce stress and helps us to create more space for the things we really want to achieve in our life.
This meditation event is for anyone who has ever considered starting a meditation practice or those who want to know a little more about how meditation works and the benefits. Perhaps you have tried to meditate before and not yet succeeded, if so then this is a must event for you.
Mel is a Chopra Center Meditation teacher and teaches mantra based meditation. This introduction will cover some basics and then we will meditate!
It's time to learn to Love your Lunch hour again. Taking a break from your working day is proven to enhance a healthy lifestyle so Team London Bridge is providing a menu of FREE lunchtime options around London Bridge to get you out and about weekday lunchtimes throughout September 2019.
