Recreating traditional Indian dishes from across this wonderful, vibrant country – from the Himalayas to the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea to the Bay of Bengal.
The Shad draws inspiration from all twenty-two regions and their food varies according to local influences characterised by exquisite aromas, glowing colours and earthy flavours.
The Shad Indian is open Mon – Sat: Lunch 12 -2:30pm and Mon – Sun: Dinner 5:30 – 11pm
