Indian Fusion was established in January 1991. It is situated right by the south side of the Tower Bridge itself . It has a good reputation for excellent food & service for over the past fifteen years time.
Their cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes. Flavours are varied as climate of India and exotic as people of India. Fragrant spices, pungent and warm spices, from the four corners of the country are delicately blended in meticulous proportions.
Each dish will have its own distinctive flavour and aroma which cannot come from any curry powder, but from the spices which have to be separately prepared each day a fresh for each individual dish. The blending and preparation of spices is a centuries old craft and unique to our cuisine.

Saturday to Thursday 12 noon till 2pm then 5:30pm through to 11:30pm
Friday 5:30pm till midnight
