IWM Institute Annual Lecture
We are currently witnessing the highest levels of displacement on record.
What can history teach us about today’s global refugee crisis?
The IWM Institute brings together David Miliband, CEO at the International Rescue Committee in conversation with Lyse Doucet, BBC Chief International Correspondent, to consider how we might tackle one of the 21st century’s greatest challenges.
From providing children with adequate education to granting refugees the right to work, we’ll use a historical lens to examine solutions which might help the record number of people uprooted by conflict, war and disaster.
Join IWM on Thursday 11th March at 5pm GMT as they examine this momentous subject.
