WFH Mind + Body Yoga

Join us this Friday lunchtime to stretch, breathe and relax.

During this session, we will discover how to create space for the mind and body whilst working at home. Our focus in our yoga flow will be how we support our minds, the shoulders and the spine, allowing the body to release tension and closing the session with a relaxing yoga nidra.
