Back by popular demand! Caroline’s mindful yoga flow will calm our spirits towards the weekend, followed by a short meditation.

Our normal routines have been disrupted, which can leave the body in a state of shock and exhaustion. A gentle flow to stretch out our bodies, paired with pranayama to help you encompass a mindful moment in your day.  Join Caroline and make the most of your lunch break if you’re working from home.
