Join Rener Wellbeing’s MBSR qualified mindfulness instructor, Michel, for a series of four weekly 30 minute guided mindful walking sessions.
These sessions aim to help you to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, come back to the present moment, and to also benefit from the physical activity of walking. The sessions are run on Zoom, which you can listen to on your phone with camera off, by walking in your house or flat, but ideally we invite you to take some time to walk outside.
