Join Mel Sutton meditation teacher and health coach as she leads you into stillness with a beautiful visualisation followed by an exercise that will get your mind to flow and be inspired. Through setting your intentions and journaling this event will help shape your year ahead as you set your goals for 2021 and expand your awareness.

Preparation:

  • Some images, magazine cuttings and drawings

  • Pen/pencil and paper to write and draw

  • Start collecting images now to bring along
