Wellbeing Training for Managers

This event is part of the Wellbeing in the Workplace series, 2 out of 3.

Supporting managers to help enable their direct reports to work on their own wellbeing. An essential step for workplace wellbeing initiatives and support to work.

The Intro Workshop and Full Training cover:

  • The Importance of Wellbeing: We will support managers to understand the importance of enabling their team's wellbeing, as happier and healthier teams perform better, take fewer sick days and are more engaged. We focus on Rener Wellbeing’s four prongs to wellbeing: mental health, physical activity, sleep, and nutrition.

  • How to Support Your Team's Wellbeing: The interactive session will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to enable their team members to work on their own wellbeing, by taking into account their teams' unique needs.

  • How to Support Your Own Wellbeing: Our expert consultants will also support the managers to understand why it is important to look after their wellbeing too and provide ways to integrate Rener Wellbeing’s four areas of wellbeing into their life. In the full training course, managers will also be support to develop their own wellbeing action plans.

We are running a series of workshops this March, to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and into their teams. You are welcome to join one, two or all three of them!

Start with looking at how individuals can sustainably support their own wellbeing. Potentially with more of a focus on stress management (a common need I have found from my workshops and interviews this month).

  • 24th March 2021, 12:00 – 1:00PM Wellbeing Training for Managers

  • 26th March 2021, 12:00 – 1:00PM Wellbeing Champion Workshop

This engaging session will provide information, advice and guidance on how to create a workplace wellbeing culture and drive engagement in wellbeing activities in the workplace. You will be able to take away tangible take-aways from the session to implement in your workplace. We highly recommend that you attend the first two workshops too, as this session builds on knowledge from them.

Rener Wellbeing have been supporting organisations across different industries, including Team London Bridge members, to integrate wellbeing into their company cultures and employees’ lives, in a sustainable and effective way. They take a four pronged approach to wellbeing, focusing on Mental Health, Physical Activity, Sleep, and Nutrition.
