Finding Balance with Yoga and the Elements

Explore the elements and their ability to support us with Caroline from The Well And Healthy Co.

Connect with the earth element in a grounding yoga flow, breathe with the air element in a visualisation meditation. Relax with sound therapy and yoga nidra to honour the water and fire element.

What is a sound bath? It’s a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. Caroline will produce these waves using her healing instruments such as gongs and singing bowls.

This session is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from 10-16 May 2021. The theme is 'Connect with Nature'.
