Class Routine: Class begins with a gentle warm-up of muscle activation. Then we conquer a HIIT session with exercises that use your body as resistance. Next, are classic boxing drills, air work, pad work, and footwork so you land strike after strike. The cool-down is a delicious repertoire of restorative moves.
Level: Everyone welcome with moves and drills modified.
What to bring: All equipment for the class will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own gloves and mat if you wish. Definitely have water handy.
