How do you manage busy and stressful situations? Through a series of gentle exercises and relaxation techniques, Angelika Grohnman examines how stress may affect you and the people around you, both at work and at home.
Investigate techniques that will bring your body back to a more resourceful state after or during stress and develop ways in which to cope with physical and emotional demands. Learn simple physical techniques to destress, wind down after or during stressful days, manage adrenaline and re-energise.
This workshop is open to anyone that would like to learn how to be more resilient to stress, and learn simple ways to improve wellbeing.
Please bring your own yoga mat, we do have some if this is not possible.
