Team London Bridge Welcomes New Board Members
We're delighted to introduce three new members to our board of voluntary representatives from local businesses.
Our Board ensures that the priorities and objectives of the London Bridge business community are at the heart of every strategy.
Councillor Martin Seaton
Cabinet Member for Jobs, Business and Town Centres - Southwark Council
Cllr Seaton leads the council’s work with local businesses and our wider community to grow industries that can deliver more good jobs and give back to our borough and planet. Taking a Community Wealth Building approach that empowers local people to have more ownership over Southwark’s economy; from getting help to start a business, to spending more public money with local firms, to bringing more services under public control, to backing more cooperatives and social enterprises. All whilst working with employers and unions to ensure fair pay and good working conditions.
Jess Saint
ESG / Development Surveyor - Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation
Jess Saint is a chartered surveyor in the endowment team at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation. Jess is responsible for developing the property portfolio ESG strategy, progressing the Foundation's property developments and managing the diverse commercial, student and agricultural portfolios. The Foundation aim to be a responsible asset owner, investor and partner in their developments, while also generating income to enable charitable spending to support their mission of building a healthier society.
Jess has a particular interest in reducing carbon emissions across the Foundation’s portfolio. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jess worked in development at Savills specialising in mixed use valuation, consultancy and agency across the south east.
Tim Molden
Head of Security & Licensing - Capital Arches Group
Tim is Head of Security & Licensing for Capital Arches Group, McDonald’s, overseeing 31 restaurants. Prior to this he was The Director of Security for The Savoy Hotel, responsible for all Security Operations, Health & Safety and Fire Safety. Prior to joining The Savoy, Tim served in The Metropolitan Police where he was the lead planner for hotels for The Queen's Diamond Jubilee, London 2012 Olympic Games, State Visit of President Obama and was the Business Engagement Lead in Westminster. He is a Board Director for ASIS UK and Chair of Membership and a Court Assistant of The Worshipful Company of Security Professionals.
