Creating a workplace that truly supports women’s health isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential for gender equality, business success, and a thriving workforce. When organisations prioritise women’s health, they enable their employees to reach their full potential, which in turn benefits businesses, the economy, and society as a whole.

The Wellbeing of Women Employer Membership Programme is designed to help businesses, big or small, develop the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to foster a supportive work environment for women. By joining, organisations can access expert guidance on workplace policies, training, and initiatives that create a healthier, more inclusive culture.

Walk & Talk: Step Up for Women’s Health

Wednesday 17th September

Bringing conversations about women’s health into the open is the first step toward meaningful change. That’s why Wellbeing of Women is hosting Walk & Talk, a fundraising challenge that encourages teams to step outside, connect, and discuss important but often overlooked health issues.

By participating, you’ll stand in solidarity with women experiencing gynaecological and reproductive health challenges while also fostering a workplace culture where these conversations can happen freely. Whether you join the 10km in-person walk in London or take part remotely, this event is an easy way to engage your team and show your support.
