London Bridge organisation Beyond Food Foundation have launched a new programme designed specifically for hospitality workers who have been made redundant, are facing extended furlough, or who simply want to build confidence in their future during this uncertain time.

The Made Again programme, valued at over £150 per place, is completely free to take part. It takes place online over the course of three mornings, with each day building on the last. In small groups, led by a team of expert coaches, participants will gain an understanding of their full range of strengths and refresh their skills around communicating and networking in the digital and physical world.

Feedback from the pilot was extremely positive with 100% of participants saying they would recommend the course.
