Illuminated with visual effects in shades of blue and white, this year’s Shard Lights display has been specially designed to show gratitude to all NHS staff and key workers.

Shard Lights will launch on the evening of the 26th November.

Made up of 575 LED lights and fixtures across the top 20-storeys of The Shard (800ft to 1,016ft), Shard Lights is the highest light show in Western Europe.

On Friday 11th December Shard Lights will have a festive twist, featuring a new display inspired by the traditional colours of Christmas. The show will end on New Year’s Eve with a unique display from when the clock strikes midnight to the early hours of New Year’s Day.

Londoners can take a look out of their windows or look up when on the move to see the spectacle. For those unable to visit Shard Lights this year, see videos and photos on The Shard InstagramFacebook and Twitter. Tag your pictures with #ShardLights.
