New Restaurant Sollip opens on Melior Street
Classically trained Korean husband and wife duo Woongchul Park and Bomee Ki have opened their first restaurant, Sollip, here in London Bridge.
Sollip celebrates contemporary European cooking infused with a Korean twist, and boasts a wine list selected by Keeling Andrew & Co (the fine wine distributor launched by the co-founders of Noble Rot).
Dinner is served Tuesday through to Saturday, and the restaurant will operate as a shop selling a selection of their homemade products through the day.
