In 2020, by CHLOE sales in the UK showed the positive impact a plant-based diet can have on the environment through preventing the carbon emissions that come from a non-vegan diet.
By CHLOE wanted to share their findings as we celebrate our Mother Earth this month:

Quinoa taco salad = (we saved) 10M smartphones
Pesto meatball = (we saved) 5,900 new trees
Shitake Bacon = (we saved) 2 homes
Cookie = (we saved) 1,760 bathtubs

This Earth month, Eat by Chloe are investing in healthier oceans. As part of their push towards carbon neutrality, by CHLOE. offset the carbon emissions of every meal by restoring 1 sq ft of sea kelp via their partners “SeaTrees.” – 20 x more effective than planting a tree!
Over the coming months by Chloe are making a sustainability pledge to their customers to work towards a more carbon neutral supply chain. The plant based restaurant is in the process of reviewing all their packaging, delivery and recycling infrastructure with the aim to make sure every single facet of the business is as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible.
