Our wellbeing support for London Bridge Businesses
Over the past year, Team London Bridge partnered with Rener Wellbeing to support more than 270 London Bridge professionals via live online workshops and webinars focused on wellbeing.
With attendees from 50 different TLB member organisations, each session had a real mix of large and small businesses joining, including representatives of CoStar, EY, Gallup, Foresight Group, Grainger, Iron Mountain; some with already established wellbeing in the workplace structures, others with nothing in place yet.
The themes were varied, aiming to equip individuals to manage their own wellbeing and also give them insights into what’s needed for setting up/refreshing a workplace wellbeing strategy. There were also some timely tips for helping managers better support their teams remotely. You can view the report here.
