COVID-19 rates are rising – please get your vaccine

If you’re aged 40+ and have not had the COVID-19 vaccine you can get your first dose at a walk in clinic at Guy’s Hospital. You don’t need an appointment. You can also go to the walk-in clinic for your second dose if it is 8 weeks or more since your first AstraZeneca dose and you don’t have your second dose booked.

  • You don’t need an appointment.

  • The vaccine is free to everyone.

  • The centre is open 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm.

  • You do not need proof of address, immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

COVID-19 rates are rising across London. It is important that as many people as possible get vaccinated.

Everyone aged 18 or over is eligible for the vaccine.

Why the second dose is important

The vaccine is safe and effective and gives protection against COVID-19. Most COVID-19 cases are now the Delta variant and two doses give much better protection against the Delta variant than one dose.

If you’re aged 18 or over you can book your vaccination at www.nhs.uk/covidvaccine or wait to be contacted. You can also look out online for details of pop-up vaccination sites across London.
