Take part in: Exploring Anxiety Through Nature

 
 

'Exploring Anxiety Through Nature’ is a free 10-week programme held in person at @surreydocksfarm & @banksideopenspacestrust, where a small group of people meet weekly to discuss & explore mindful resources, whilst gardening and connecting with nature and animals. 

This year there will be two cohorts, so you can choose from these two fantastic programme locations: Surrey Docks Farm and Crossbones Garden. Find out more about how nature and community can reduce anxiety in the workplace, and how programmes like this one can help here.

Applications are open until 31st July for participants to take part in a free programme to support people experiencing anxiety. The programmes run on Tue & Wed from 1-3pm & 2-4pm starting in the 20th August.
