Due to the popularity of the GCSE: Medicine Through Time series, we are delighted to announce a that a two-hour revision master class will take place at the Old Operating Theatre Museum in February half term, 2021.

This session, delivered by Julie Mathias, will focus on a number of themes covered in the current, Edexcel: Medicine Through Time in Britain, c1250-present, and AQA: Health and the People: 1000- present. Themes include: ancient and modern ideas about the causes of disease and illness, the evolution of surgery and improvements in hospitals. This session will be beneficial for all learning levels but it is specifically aimed at raising attainment and achievement in students who have been identified as at risk of not realising their full potential in terms of exam success.
