Online - An Introduction to Workplace Wellbeing Strategy Development

What does workplace wellbeing mean to you and your team now that most of us are working from home? Team London Bridge partnered with Rener Wellbeing to bring you this introductory workshop to help answer some of these questions.

This webinar is open to all London Bridge professionals, limited places available.

These are interesting times for everyone and this virtual wellbeing workshop is tailored to match current wellbeing needs. In this introductory one hour workshop, Rener Wellbeing will highlight the business case for workplace wellbeing as well as the health and happiness benefits that come with effective workplace wellbeing initiatives. Before COVID-19 there was already a clear business case for workplace wellbeing, for example the average ROI was 5:1 for mental health initiatives carried out in workplace according to Deloitte, 2020, we expect this number to sky rocket based on the current circumstances.

This workshop will highlight how managers can support their own wellbeing at this interesting time as well as their team’s wellbeing. Rener Wellbeing will also highlight how to develop bespoke wellbeing strategies for your organisations to ensure the benefits that arise from supporting employee wellbeing are long-term and become part of your organisation’s culture and based on your organisation’s unique needs. Rener Wellbeing will be able to support Team London Bridge members through their bespoke wellbeing services going forward.
