As most of us become convinced of the need to take care and exercise our body, scientific research on wellbeing points to the fact that we also need to strengthen and flex the muscles of our mind. We are told that mindfulness can be a powerful tool to help us navigate the ups and downs of life with more resilience, calm, joy and equanimity. But what is mindfulness? Does it need time? Is mindfulness just about meditation? How can we introduce it in our busy lives?
Rener Wellbeing's MBSR qualified mindfulness instructor, Michel, is inviting you to attend our introductory workshop to explore some of these questions and also look at easy, simple practical mindful tools and exercises that we could easily introduce in all aspects of our lives, without any training, a few seconds or minutes a day.
We continue the partnership with Rener Wellbeing to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and into their teams.
Join our other online sessions throughout January, they are all focused on personal and workplace wellbeing: teamlondonbridge.co.uk/events
