TLB Webinar: Mental Health Awareness Week - Workplace wellbeing and kindness
In keeping with this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week’s theme of ‘Kindness’, Rener Wellbeing are running an hour’s workshop to support Team London Bridge members on how to be kinder to yourself as an individual.
The session will cover how to foster cultures of kindness within your teams, as well as how to integrate mental health, physical activity, sleep and nutrition into your life.
If you attended their last two workshops we look forward to greeting you again, as this workshop will cover different topics to the last two.

Team London Bridge’s Responsible Business agenda focuses on wellbeing in the workplace as one of the three main pillars, supporting the business community in London Bridge towards becoming the best place to work in.
Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from 18-24 May 2020. The theme is kindness.
