Join us this lunchtime to stretch, breathe and relax.

During the session, we will discover how to create space for the mind and body whilst working at home. A focus on building an awareness of how we can support our physical posture, lengthen the lower limbs and set an intention to support our wellbeing whilst working.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.
