Team London Bridge are running a series of workshops to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and their teams.
The Intro Workshop will cover:
The Importance of Wellbeing: We will support managers to understand the importance of enabling their team's wellbeing, as happier and healthier teams perform better, take fewer sick days and are more engaged. We focus on Rener Wellbeing’s four prongs to wellbeing: mental health, physical activity, sleep, and nutrition.
How to Support Your Team's Wellbeing: The interactive session will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to enable their team members to work on their own wellbeing, by taking into account their teams' unique needs.
How to Support Your Own Wellbeing: Our expert consultants will also support the managers to understand why it is important to look after their wellbeing too and provide ways to integrate Rener Wellbeing’s four areas of wellbeing into their life. In the full training course, managers will also be support to develop their own wellbeing action plans.
Duration: 2 hours
