Physical Activity for Good Mental Health

Team London Bridge are running a series of workshops to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and their teams.

About this Event

An interactive course suitable for all staff members, providing information, advice and guidance on physical activity, mental health and wellbeing. The aim of the session is to help delegates understand how to build physical activity into the working day as a practical way to improve wellbeing and maintain good mental health. The course includes:

  • Mental health and physical activity quiz

  • What is mental health, discussion

  • Stress

  • Mental Health benefits of exercise

  • Five ways to wellbeing

  • Being active at work

  • Signposting

  • Tips

By integrating wellbeing into your company culture, you will not only have employees that can manage their levels of stress anxiety in a more effective way, but they will also be happier, take fewer sick days, be more productive and even perform better at work.

Rener Wellbeing have been supporting organisations across different industries, including Team London Bridge members, to integrate wellbeing into their company cultures and employees’ lives, in a sustainable and effective way. They take a four pronged approach to wellbeing, focusing on Mental Health, Physical Activity, Sleep, and Nutrition.


We are running a series of workshops in the build up to the new year, to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and into their teams:

  • 10/11/2020, 12-1pm - Develop Your Own Personalised Wellbeing Action Plan (Previously run).

  • 25/11/2020, 12-2pm - Wellbeing Training for Managers - How to support your team’s wellbeing as well as your own (1 hour intro version previously run).

  • 10/12/2020, 12-1pm - Physical Activity for Good Mental Health - In partnership with Workplace Movement and Active Partnerships. How to be more physically active for good mental health when working from home.

  • 18/02/2021, 12-1pm - Topic TBC
