Yuri is a qualified yoga teacher from Japan with decade of experience in London.

Beginners are welcome.

Join us with yoga mat in a safe environment.

If you have health issues or injuries please join the Zoom class 5~10 minutes before to explain your conditions to Yuri.

The class is not suitable for pregnancy, however Yuri has a pregnancy yoga class on Tuesday at 12:30-13:30.

In this one hour yoga session, you will explore the importance of alignment in Asana-practice (the yoga postures), based on Hatha Yoga. You will focus on the importance of breathing step by step throughout in the class.

Yuri Yoga focus includes:

- Improve your postures with better alignment in Asana practice

- Understand the importance of your breathing (Pranayama)

- Use your breaths to bring more flow to yoga exercise

- Strengthening core muscles

- Learn how to apply Bandhas (body locks )

- Breathing Relaxation
