This event is part of the Wellbeing in the Workplace series, 1 out of 3.

Start with looking at how individuals can sustainably support their own wellbeing. Potentially with more of a focus on stress management, a common need we have found from my workshops and interviews this month.

This Practical Workshop Covers:

  • Rener Wellbeing’s four prongs of wellbeing and how they benefit our health, happiness and work: mental health, physical activity, sleep and nutrition. 

  • Attendees will go away with a tangible wellbeing action plan. It will cover:

    • Your barriers to each area

    • Your enablers to each area

    • Tailored, tangible, realistic, and adaptable action points to each area.

    • The benefits these actions will make to YOUR life… essentially your ‘WHY’.

We are running a series of workshops this March, to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and into their teams. You are welcome to join one, two or all three of them!

  • 24th March 2021, 12:00 – 1:00PM Manager training

Supporting managers to help enable their direct reports to work on their own wellbeing. An essential step for workplace wellbeing initiatives and support to work. We highly recommend that you attend the first workshop too, as this session builds on knowledge from it.

  • 26th March 2021, 12:00 – 1:00PM Wellbeing Champion Workshop

This engaging session will provide information, advice and guidance on how to create a workplace wellbeing culture and drive engagement in wellbeing activities in the workplace. You will be able to take away tangible take-aways from the session to implement in your workplace. We highly recommend that you attend the first two workshops too, as this session builds on knowledge from them.

Rener Wellbeing have been supporting organisations across different industries, including Team London Bridge members, to integrate wellbeing into their company cultures and employees’ lives, in a sustainable and effective way. They take a four pronged approach to wellbeing, focusing on Mental Health, Physical Activity, Sleep, and Nutrition.
