Open your doors to ambitious young people from Southwark

2-3 Degrees, a social enterprise that inspires young people through personal development training is launching the exciting Success Only Programme as part of the Positive Futures Fund launched by Southwark Council.

This is an exciting confidence, self esteem and employment programme for young people 14-25 from Southwark. The programme aims to inspire young people to think about their futures, build the skills they need to develop their confidence and engage with employers.

2-3 Degrees are looking for employers to partner with by opening your doors to ambitious young people from Southwark. If you are interested please contact Tamanna: tamanna@2-3degrees.com 

How can you help? 

  • A space to host 3 - 5 confidence and self-esteem building workshops during half-term breaks.

  • Support in making this experience inspiring and engaging (e.g. an office tour, incentives and goodies).

  • A small number of volunteers from your company to be involved in the programme.
