Help secure the future of The Old Operating Theatre Museum
The Old Operating Theatre Museum and Herb Garret is a treasured part of London Bridge’s heritage, dating back to the 17th Century. As a registered charity, the museum generates income from admissions, events, and the shop, all of which is invested back into the upkeep of the historic space, its collection and exciting programming. With the advent of Covid-19, the museum has had to temporarily close, meaning all of these income streams are currently paused.
Ways you can help secure the long-term future of the museum:
Purchase a ticket now in preparation to visit the museum once we reopen after the current closure due to Covid-19.
The museum is raising money to create an online shop. The museum’s onsite shop is full of treasures, from books about the history of medicine, to special teas, mugs and jewellery. The Old Operating Theatre are hoping to raise enough funds to be able to launch an online shop.
