Chicken Samboussek is a firm favourite with a twist. Deliciously slow-cooked chicken marinated in sumac & pomegranate molasses served with onion confit and garlic sauce. These are perfect for sharing – but they are so good, you won’t want to! 

The guest Main course on the summer menu is rich in flavour harissa-marinated Roasted Salmon Filet served with couscous, pomegranate seeds, olives, tomato, fresh mint, coriander, olive oil, sumac and a fresh lemon wedge. We know you’re going to love it!

Comptoir’s delightful and refreshing new chilled sparkling Rosé will tick all of your boxes. The perfect accompaniment for our summer menu, pale pink with a delicate aroma of spring flowers and a crisp, fruity finish, our Viticoltori Acquesi RoséBrut from Piedmont, Italy, makes the perfect summer refreshment with an added sparkle.
