Chicken Samboussek is a firm favourite with a twist. Deliciously slow-cooked chicken marinated in sumac & pomegranate molasses served with onion confit and garlic sauce. These are perfect for sharing – but they are so good, you won’t want to!
The guest Main course on the summer menu is rich in flavour harissa-marinated Roasted Salmon Filet served with couscous, pomegranate seeds, olives, tomato, fresh mint, coriander, olive oil, sumac and a fresh lemon wedge. We know you’re going to love it!

The perfect accompaniment for our summer menu, pale pink with a delicate aroma of spring flowers and a crisp, fruity finish, our Viticoltori Acquesi RoséBrut from Piedmont, Italy, makes the perfect summer refreshment with an added sparkle.
